The Most Frequently Asked Questions
Q - Can I pose with another model or do my shoot in a group.
If you know someone or a group of people who want to pose with you, we will be more than happy to shoot that. As far as you posing with one of featured models, yes that can happen too. However, we never throw people together unless we have met them first which means you'd need to do a solo shoot first so we can get to know you a bit before we'd introduce you to any of the other 'stars' of the site. If we do a solo shoot with you and see that you're reliable, trustworthy, willing to take on adventure and respectful then we'd most likely team you up with some other Naked Australians.
Q - Do I get paid?
The primary payment for your appearance on Naked Australians is a set of digital photos from your shoot, as taken by a professional photographer. Anyone who has costed the price of a set of professionally taken photographs will know these are worth a considerable amount of money when taken by an experienced photographer. You can use your nude and non-nude pics as part of professional porfolios or even just to hang on your wall.
There is cash involved too and this varies depending on the time of year, your gender, where you are and if you have featured in any media before. We cannot stress enough that money alone is not a good enough reason to put your hand up for Naked Australians. However, if it is something you want to investigate further, send us your pic and our admin team will begin a discussion with you about many details, including money issues.
Q - Do I need to be over 18?
Absolutely yes. We photograph anyone over 18 regardless of how they look or where they are from. If we can arrange to meet up with you, we will shoot you. Everyone over 18 is welcome.
Q - Where do the shoots happen?
Generally they take place at our studio in Newcastle, New South Wales. We also have locations on the Central Coast, Port Stephens, Maitland, Forster, Kempsey, Taree, Port Macquarie and Old Bar. If you are not near these locations, never fear. We have been known to fly people in so take the opportunity to get in touch and see what happens.
Q - Is the photographer a man or a woman?
Let us be blunt. If you're worried or preoccupied about the gender of your photographer then you probably should not be doing a shoot for Naked Australians. If you're looking for a woman to take photos of you because you are turned on by that idea, you've come to the wrong place and if the idea of a certain gendered photographer taking your photos makes you uncomfortable, you're not really ready to pose for us. To answer the question more directly, the photographer is most likely to be male.
Q - I've read all this and I definitely want to model for Naked Australians. What do I do now?
Send us an e-mail and include your number and a photo. If you can only send your photo via a mobile phone, that's fine too. Just send us an MMS (photo text) on 0432 822 978.
Naked Australians loves doing shoots with people from all walks of life and we are more than happy to shoot you nude. We do not discriminate based on looks. If you're over 18 and willing to make the effort to meet us, we will definitely make you part of our site. We look forward to hearing from you.
