The Very Flexible Adam I don't know much about Yoga but I know enough to realise Adam is very good at it. At 59 he has the fitness and flexibility of a man very much younger. Adam is a soft spoken gentleman, nothing was a bother to ask of him for the shoot; even if it meant climbing over some very rough terrain to get to the area that had the best light down beside the creek. When I asked him why he wanted to do a shoot for Naked Australians he said; " All my life I have encouraged people to not be ashamed of their body and thought it was about time I did something about it myself " It is with a great deal of pleasure we at Naked Australians present "Adam" for you. Thanks Ron, We did have a pretty good day together doing these. At first the location was a bit of a worry as a flood had gone through in the previous week or so. With a bit of persistence though we managed to make it work really well. The car drivers rushing by on the main road overhead never even knew we were there. On another note; I found a really cool new location today as well, so all I need now is a few volunteers....... Glenn

Hello Glenn, can you imagine the reaction if any passers-by noticed you and Adam?? A great thing to witness on your way to work or just out for a Sunday drive...lol i would volunteer if i were there....lol have a good day ron

Adam is aboput the same age as me so he gives me confidence to do a photo shoot myself. I just wish he would cheer up and smile occasionally - this should be fun.

So this is what yoga does for you. I also think the positive attitude towards body images helps. It's incredible how the way you carry youself can make such a big difference. Confidence is everything. Ah, if only women could age as gracefully......
