A man has been charged after allegedly exposing himself to three off-duty police officers on the NSW north coast.

The man is accused of flashing his genitals at the women as they jogged near Kooloonbung Creek at Port Macquarie on Friday morning.

Police say he called out to the officers from a white car about 9.20am (AEST) to get their attention before closing the door and driving off.

A 23-year-old semi-naked man was arrested in a park in the coastal town soon after.

He was charged with three counts of indecent exposure and one count of drive whilst suspended, and bailed to appear at Port Macquarie Local Court next month.

Police want to hear from other women who may have experienced similar incidents.
